Event Bio – Green Valley Festival Brazil

This festival is built around the Green Valley club/venue in Brazil, which is famous globally. It is located in Jarinu, Sao Paulo. The venue itself has been ranked among the top electronic music clubs in the world (widely recognised in the EDM scene — not a small local setup). It’s an open-air / indoor hybrid, surrounded by greenery (hence “Green Valley”). Unlike most festivals, this isn’t just a random outdoor field — it’s tied to a purpose-built mega club environment.

The festivals main focus is electronic music, namely EDM, Techno and House and has been played by headline artists such as Fisher and Amelie Lens so you know you can expect heavy bass line, club like sets but the focus is on long performances rather than the usual short club sets, this allows the DJs to really show their mixing ability an stage presence. If you have ever been to Creamfields you’d probably love Green Valley. There is a difference to the usual festival as this event runs for a single day/night event, so no camping. And obviously there’s the tropical climate

Green Valley focuses on real high quality production values with huge lighting rigs, LED visuals and laser shows which gives more of a super club feel but on a festival scale. The crowd is a mix Brazilian EDM lovers but with a large part made up of international fashion forward crowd.

Ticketing is similar to a normal club offering standard/VIP as well as Tables and VIP areas. The VIP culture is a much bigger deal in Brazil compared to Europe.

Here’s a couple of videos from last years event. It certainly looks amazing so if you are ever in that part of the world in October time its got to be worth a visit for the experience.
